The building is falling apart, termites everywhere, water pipes are so rusty water leaks in the garage constantly and running water makes the most insane noise. They don’t want to spend a penny on maintenance… or even just cleaning the facilities. The trash inside the courtyard has never been taken out in the past 8 months! It is madness. Building manager is very unprofessional and gossipy. Would badmouth a tenant to other tenants… she answers your messages/calls whenever she feels like it. She ...

ignores tenants’ issues hoping tenants will just give up! Neighbouring buildings have amazing tenants who have been witnessing all the madness. They would say this place is cursed! Nobody stays. So many issues, poor management… you’ll be better off in the jungle than there! Bad energy! Not even speaking about the bugs everywhere and humidity issues.
