Great Location / Average Neighbors
August 8, 2015This apartment building is in a great location. It's right off hwy 101 in between University Ave and Willow Rd. It's honestly a sweet spot in the South Bay / Peninsula. Rent is lower than the surrounding areas since East Palo Alto has rent control, however you're within walking distance to downtown Palo Alto, and the Caltrain Station. Also being in the middle of the South Bay means your drive to San Jose, San Francisco, or Santa Cruz doesn't take forever. The only downside to this apartment ...are the neighbors. There are lots of people and noise since all the buildings on Okeefe Street are right next to one another. Street parking is also non existent due to the amount of residents in the area.
