Secondhand smoke through the vents
April 27, 2024Drifting tobacco smoke from someone smoking inside one of the units drifts through the air vents. Complaints to management have been made but it's still a problem. Apparently the complex allows people to smoke inside their units. Beware if healthy clean air in your unit is important to you.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches
February 19, 2023They will hire exterminators with the lowest stars. You constantly have to remove all belongings out of cupboards closest drawers all the time. The roaches do not die. Always police activity. And neighbors always loud.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t Rent Here
May 8, 2022Roaches!!!! No water in the pool. Only a few inches of stagnant, black water. Never given a trash gate key, never given a key to the “gym” room. Chase, the manager NEVER returns texts or calls.Review from Apartments.com
