I would not recommend living in this building. The management support is very poor. If you approach the manager for assistance, you are often made to feel embarrassed or humiliated before receiving any guidance.
The water bill is charged based on square footage rather than actual usage, which makes little sense and feels unfair to residents.
The laundry room is not well maintained, lacks proper hygiene, and often has a strong unpleasant smell.

there are frequent utility interruptions. Almost every month, residents receive notices of water or electricity shutdowns—sometimes two or even three times a month.
Another major inconvenience is the complete lack of visitor parking, making it difficult for friends and family to visit.
Overall, the poor management, unhygienic facilities, frequent service disruptions, and lack of visitor parking make this a very disappointing place to live. I would not recommend this building to others.
