Roaches everywhere
Bed bug infestation throughout the building
Dogs waste everywhere throughout the hallway & so it smells bad.
Super isn't always available especially for emergencies.
You never know when your next Hot meal is because they never have Hot water here.
I use to wake up to mices next to me in my bed & in my head mind you I am a very clean person but the mice infestation is extremely bad to the point this place should not be available for rent ...
nor for sale either. There was an inspector who said this building is unbelievable, he has no respect for the owner he said

If you want to wake up next to a mice then be my guest. When I lived here with my two children in Apt 602 I would have to throw all my food away .
