There’s invasion of privacy even if you pay for your parking spot it is not guaranteed they will not so it is up to the tenant to call the cops to have that car towed. we have a guest in our lobby who lives here. Occasionally, a homeless guy. The elevator is always broken if you are wheelchair-bound or disabled in anyway please refrain from using this building, or relying on the elevator. The elevator was down for two weeks in the main entrance. OCF is very rude and they will tell you to read your lease and what your landlord will not fix or was up to you to fix but for charging the prices, my landlord should fix whatever is wrong with this property the building was put up too fast.
