First year here was good, but the past two years it has been getting progressively worse. They use an AI bot for all phone calls now, so it takes too long to contact someone about an issue. They claim this is "luxury living" when we have witnessed drug busts, domestic disturbances, multiple occasions of police being called, and regular stealing of packages. Also all entrances are not keyed so there have been times that non-residents have gotten into the building from salespeople, religious folk, ...
and homeless people. And increasing the rent even though there was little to no effort in making living better. And, we were here when there was a security deposit and not this "non-refundable move in fee" which is so wrong and doesn't protect the consumer and should be an immediate red flag.
