Apartment 7 on 254 E Clayton St. Is a 4 bed 2 bath apartment. Two of the bedrooms have no window (which you will find surprisingly depressing for those tenants) The apartment is very ugly looking and small, none of these websites are actually displaying pictures of the apartment itself. Collegetown properties struggles to rent this apartment every year. To the reluctant tenants who eventually rent this apartment, they will try to spend your security deposit on upgrades to the apartment and claim ...

they are repairs (but it is simply them trying to rip off tenants). This apartment sees about 20 tours a year because they struggle to find a tenant. Do not rent this apartment even though the location is pretty good.
