Horrible Experience
May 19, 2025Living at 255 S Grand Ave has been a nightmare. Multiple fires, constant noise, street takeovers, and completely ineffective security make it feel unsafe. Management is unethical—after hiking my rent and pushing me into a smaller unit, they immediately dropped the price of my original one. It’s manipulative and dishonest. Avoid this place if you care about safety, integrity, or peace of mind.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2025it seems like everyweek i run into an issue. 1st week - ice maker not working 2nd week - shower making weird noises and AC leak flooded hallway 3rd week - laundry room not working. i wonder what issue im going to run into next week. wish me luck everyoneProperty Manager Responded
