September 2, 2015Where do I begin? I have been living in the 260 Apartments for about 3 years now. I love the community and believe it or not the tenants are so amazing, however the up keep of this unit was terrible, not only was there a huge roach infestation we also had to deal with bad plumbing, every so often when tenants take showers the water would pour into the downstairs parking in addition to this we running water out of the sink thick black sot would randomly come out! I was surprised when they posted a ...60 day notice on my door stating that they were going to be demo the complex, so APARTMENT.COM HERE I AMRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
