Mouse and cockroach Infestation

Despite my previous complaints and verbal notifications, the issue is not been adequately addressed. Mice and cockroaches pose health and safety risks, and it is essential to address this matter promptly but the landlord is just ignoring.
In one 3 1/2 apartment within this building, you might find 5-7 students cohabitating quite easily. Now, this wouldn't be such a problem if it weren't for the relentless noise that comes with it.
If you value your peace of mind, I'd advise extreme caution when ...
considering renting in this building. The lack of accountability from management and the residents' indifference to the impact they have on their neighbors is a recipe for a less-than-ideal living situation.
