Do not live here!!! In the 2.5 years I lived in this complex, management changed 3 different times. All of them were terrible. They lost our rent checks multiple times, conveniently “didn’t have record” of us paying a deposit which caused us to not get it back once we moved out, and maintenance requests often went ignored. They don’t answer phone calls or emails, causing you to have to visit the office, which means that you can’t properly document anything they say to you. There have been so many ...
times they’ll contradict things that were previously said in person and say that there’s no proof of that being said because we weren’t able to get it in writing. The place is also a dump. They are constantly having roach infestations, there’s trash everywhere, and despite there technically being two pools, one of them hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. Don’t let the cheap price and positive reviews fool you. Save yourself a headache and move literally anywhere else.
