Fantastic Space, Awesome Realty Management
January 25, 2019I moved from an in-town rental to 263 Franklin and have been wondering why I waited so long! The building is immaculate with marble stairs and mosaic floors in the common areas. The hardwood floors in my unit look fantastic, are level and don’t creek or squeak. The bath and kitchen were recently remolded and included all newer appliances as listed. The ceilings are 10 ft at least, and the rooms are cavernous. My internet is blazing fast and my unit was pre-wired for it. My neighbours are ...quiet and cordial in passing. The laundry is maintained and clean and trash/recycling is clearly marked and easy to access. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance, the local cinema, food shopping, as well as NJ Transit train and bus service to NYC. For a location in the heart of the downtown Ridgewood area, it is QUIET. 263 Franklin is more like living in a house than an apartment. Goldberg Reality Associates made the online application process simple and a breeze. There were no unexpected charges or absorbent fees. I knew within 2 days, not weeks, the unit was mine. The entire office staff is friendly and provided explanations and answers for my questions. I have recommended them to a few friends looking for places and they are also happy with the level of service they are receiving. I made the right choice going with Goldberg Reality Associates and I am delighted with the property I call home.Property Manager Responded
