Decent Campus Living
September 13, 2015Maintenance requests generally answered quickly. Pets allowed with deposit and monthly fee. Generally quiet except for OSU football game days. Rent isn't bad if you have a roommate. Kitchen is pretty small, not a lot of counter space. Water is bundled into rent, but gas and electric are yours to pay. Our gas bill gets very high in the winter. Be sure to see the exact unit you'll be renting. I toured two units in this complex before settling on one of them. They had the same basic layout, but one ...mostly had hardwood and the other was carpeted. Also, not every unit has a washer and dryer. Management doesn't seem to make an effort to clean and fix things in between tenants. Our apartment had stained carpet and broken appliances. We noted the carpet stains on our move-in assessment and requested (and received) replacement appliances.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
