Renter Beware
March 27, 2016If you have any other option, take it. The electric bill in the winter months is well over $300 and the place is still my much warmer than about 68 degrees. And that was with the heat on in just 2 rooms. The building is truly neglected and in need of a major update. Things are repaired with duct tape and any other way that doesn't require money be spent. Landlord doesn't care about tenant safety when told about unruly and physically threatening people in other units. Tried to evict me, but the ...court threw it out. Shows up drunk at times. Not a good company to deal with. All he wants is his rent check. A sad state of affairs. Preys on the poor. Not only are his apartments dirty, but also his business practices.
