Would love to live here
August 11, 2019I have been looking around the Sheboygan area for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment. This looks like a wonderful place to live. Unfortunately to many of these listings have no RENTAL PRICES. Have to call to find that out. Of course on a Sunday when I have free time; there is no one in the office to help me out. All other apartments that did not list prices; I didn't even take the time to look at ...except this one. Please to you and a huge amount of other rental properties; please list your ...rental prices and don't take up peoples time. One phone call is not an issue. Excellent Place to Live , Wonderful Management
January 24, 2019Courtyard has been a wonderful place to live while my family transitioned to the Sheboygan area. We loved living in a high end apartment without paying a high end price. The master bedroom, huge walk in closet and in-unit washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by maintenance. Our bathroom sink was leaking and within 24 hours of placing the work order, the whole faucet had been replaced. We rented an apartment during the process of purchasing a house. The ...office manager, Rhonda, has been incredibly helpful in making sure that we had all that we needed when we moved in and has been incredibly accommodating as we are moving out. She promptly returned phone calls and emails and always greeted me and my family members with a friendly smile. We are very happy with our overall experience with Courtyard. Awesome Place to Live
August 8, 2018My husband and I lived here for three years and we are moving now for job related reasons. The property is well-maintained and we loved that we got to live in a beautiful apartment without having to pay crazy-high rent. Any issue we had was immediately taken care of by maintenance. We lived on the second floor and never really had a problem with hearing our neighbors next door or above us. Having a washer and dryer in our unit is also an amazing plus and a huge walk-in closet in the master ...bedroom. We will definitely miss living here and highly recommend Courtyard to anyone looking for an apartment in Sheboygan.Property Manager Responded
