New owners march 1st 2026.!
March 5, 2026The new owners are wonderful. They seem committed to fixing the mess created by the former owners. The horrible reviews online were when empire owned the place. " Its a night and day difference" is an understatement! The building is in a quiet area, close to everthing, the apts are very nice. I couldn't hear my neighbors tv, and upstairs footsteps were extremely quiet. The neighbors themselves are mostly all cool af. The building is in very good shape, especially considering the abuse it ...took from empire. Definitely check it out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
