The horrible reviews online were when empire owned the place. " Its a night and day difference" is an understatement! The building is in a quiet area, close to everthing, the apts are very nice. I couldn't hear my neighbors tv, and upstairs footsteps were extremely quiet. The neighbors themselves are mostly all cool af.
