Handsome Brownstone Victorian On Grand Street with high ceilings and large apartments...

Very Best Location for City of Newburgh NY, there are River Views from the top floors. Highest building on Grand Street overlooking the Hudson River. There are only 6 apartments --one on each floor except for the two studios with a separate entrance on the ground level. Renovations include new boilers for each apartment, new electric service, high speed FIOS internet and WIFI, a laundry room, and free parking with ongoing restoration.
