DON’T LIVE HERE
June 7, 2023DO NOT LIVE HERE. Absolutely trash apartments. Want your catalytic convert stollen multiple times or your car broken into? Look no further, this is the place to stay. Homeless people sleeping on first floor apartment patios, roaches EVERYWHERE, flooding on the first floor in the hallways when it rains, packages stollen, etc. The “security officer” doesn’t answer phone calls and I’ve seen him ONCE since we have signed our lease in September. Management does not care about your safety. Avoid this ...apartment complex at all cost, there are far better ones in area that actually care about their tenants and have added security and protection in their complex.Property Manager Responded

Wow, I feel as HOME
March 28, 2022I work in finance and I live my life at a breakneck pace. I need a place that's close to my office, has great amenities, and is in a building with excellent security. 27Seventy has been the only place that I've been able to find that ticks all these boxes. The building is located near pharmacies, bars, restaurants and is a short few minutes away from other popular areas in the city, including sports venues. Love it here!
October 16, 2021I have lived here since January 2021 and have truly enjoyed it. The leasing staff is extremely helpful and has gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me whether it is something small like printing stuff or as big as checking my dog for me when I wasn't able to be home from work on time. The property has great amenities and is kept clean. The gym is better than most gyms you can find in the area. Being neighbors with Target, Total Wine, and Kroger definitely is convenient. There is ...also a gas station and a great nail salon near by (Milano Nail spa!) Every time I have had a repair it was always done on the day I submitted it. There have been a few problems with crime but this is not related to the facility. Security checkpoints and the garage is properly protected, it just comes with the area. I do feel as though they do their best to do what they can to minimize this however for what small part they can control. My one con would be how large of a complex it is with a lot of residents, but again, I feel like they still do a great job. SO dog friendly!!!! The staff almost loves your doggo as much as you do!! Beautiful Amenities Terribly Built with awful administration
May 26, 2021The apartment complex is nice with amazing amenities, and I wish I could leave it at that but unfortunately I cannot recommend Alexan Lower Heights because of the significant administrative and security issues. Firstly, this complex had 3 days of fire alarm testing for 4 hours intermittently a day. I have never experienced this at a previous complex. I work nights in a neonatal ICU and explained to them that this would severely hinder my ability to sleep and therefore preform my job, but they ...offered no solutions. I told them I would go to a hotel but the rent for those three days should be comped or my hotel fees should be covered as my apartment would be uninhabitable. They never responded to my requests, even after multiple emails about letting them know the severity of the situation. Additionally if the plumbing is broken in your apartment they will just offer to let you use the bathroom in a vacant apartment but will not compensate costs in any way. Lastly they used to have a security patrol that would patrol the courtyards at night which made the property feel much safer, but they no longer employ a security service and instead have "on call" officers who you can leave a voicemail for. This complex has had multiple tires stolen off of vehicles at any time of the day and additionally has had cars stolen from the garage. I'm sure this is a city wide problem but no concrete changes have been made. Structurally the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear your neighbors conversations. There is a STEEP cost to use the amenities if you bring more than two people to the outdoor spaces or speak easy or pool, this was never discussed on touring or signing. The "dog run" consistently smells like urine and no more than 3 medium dogs could fit on the patch of grass at a time. I do not recommend this complex if you are looking for a place with a dog park or spaces for furry friends to run.Property Manager Responded
