I live across the street from the beach, my apt leaks when it rains. I can smell the ocean, I have mold. I can hear the ships come in, the sewer backs up in my bathroom at least twice a year. utilities are included, my apartment is in the parking garage. It's all give and Take. Theres always a silver lining and No one has it all :)
