If you are a walker or jogger, this is a great location, albeit a little hilly once you get past the house. Living room furniture includes a desk and chair and opens to dining area. Small but stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, full-size stove with oven, and dishwasher. Clothes washer and dryer just off the kitchen on the main level (not in basement). Charming furnishings including some great antiques in the bedrooms with trendy furnishings in the living/dining area. Huge deck in one of the largest back yards in the neighborhood (double lot). Detached former garage has a finished empty room with window to offer an artist's studio, yoga room, craft room, or separate office. Wifi and RokuTV with subscription to (yootoob)TV (better than local cable). House is in the city, so it has a security system.
