Not Worth It
January 19, 2020This building is practically hidden in Oceanside and that isn’t a great thing. The building’s parking lot is used as a drag race course by neighbors turning their cars around at 60 mph. The parking lot is not taken care of. You can barely see the lines to know which is your spot. The super does not live on site and good luck getting things fixed in a timely fashion. There is zero security at all and people all over Oceanside use the building’s dumpster as their own personal garbage disposal. ...And with a hole in the fence from the shopping center’s parking lot around the corner, random people just walk around the building at all hours. If you need the landlord you need to first go through the realtor to ask a question or raise a concern.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
