Outdated apartment with no good service

If you do not have another choice, you can live here. The only good thing about this apartment is that it is close to the campus. This is a very old apartment with outdated interior. It is super cold at winter because of poor heating. You have to buy your own heater in order to survive the winter. The owners have their own company jobs so they are not very responsive. At the beginning they respond pretty fast, however it becomes worse when you live longer. Find an apartment with professional ...
