We just got married the last year and we want a rent no to expensive for us every year the renter is telling us that she is going to increase the rent and sometimes because other renters ruin the washer and dryer, paying 780.00 is too much for us because is not even ours and next year 950 plus utilities, I really want to find a rent that we can save money and live to live our life we are young but the rents are getting us very estressfull plus the renters asking high amounts.
