Bert's Hideaway welcomes all adults looking for a quiet community to fish, boat, relax, and enjoy life on Lake Pierce in Lake Wales, Florida. We welcome you to Unit 4, a two-bedroom and one-bath home with a rustic feel reminiscent of a true Florida fish camp with an open-concept kitchen and family room. This house is ready to welcome you home with its knotty pine interior and natural light with large windows. It also has a large walk-out deck with water views. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet community to call home; we are ready to welcome you! The home is unfurnished. Monthly rent includes water, garbage, sewer, parking, and lawn mowing. The renter pays for electricity, cable/internet. Small pets welcome (additional pet fee of $240 and other restrictions apply). No smoking inside the home. No storage/parking available for trailers/campers/etc. 12-month lease required. Bert's REQUIRES first month's rent, and security deposit (+ pet fee, if applicable) to be paid before moving in.
