    It should not take 2 weeks to fix a problem that takes 5 minutes to fix. I had someone look at the water leaking from the ceiling 2 times and then said he would be back to fix it and never showed up. I submitted the request on 9/8 and he didn't even respond until 9/19. When I called the office, I'm told to submit another request. It's obvious that management does not care.

    it’s been wonderful here and there has been no issues we couldn’t solve, great!!!! aaliyah is super nice and we love living here. we don’t experience too much noise and it’s really just so peaceful. no one bothers us! i love the patio we have and there is a lot of storage in the unit!

    I love it here. For the most part it’s quiet my neighbors are nice. The building its self is fairly clean and well maintained. The office staff communicate and make sure they are engaging with the tenants. I’m pleased with 2900 Lux!

    Place has lots of room for a single family very spacious especially if you love your privacy the two bed room two bath is a great pick and the property is very quiet

    Overall, everything is OK! I do however want to point out that several sprinkler heads are broken and squirting water in multiple directions, other than the trees and bushes and wasting lots of precious water every morning (Bldg 11 Area). Management was advised but, the issue is still unresolved. The discarded furniture and mattresses left by the garbage cans for weeks on in is not appealing to new renters. I noticed in the very back of the complex there is an area to discard them properly but no ...
    one seems to do it. The dog park should be split in half for small dogs and big dogs because every time you go there you have to wait for the big dogs or the little dogs to leave before you can bring yours in safely. All it would take is a fence down the middle. My last concern is the exit gate is always broken and multiple residents and undesirables are entering their daily and unsafely. I don't know what the annual budget is but, the complex should address these issues if possible. Thanks!

    I like the location of my unit. I have good neighbors and it's relatively quiet here. The location of the complex is very good. It's hidden, close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and casinos.

    The doggy bags aren’t being refilled in a timely manner. The bags were once out for over a month. When I first moved here the guys would walk the grounds in the morning picking up and now the grounds are dirty very often. The noise level is still good. The gate is staying fixed and closed.

    I love it here, i’ve been here close to two years now and I don’t choose on leaving anytime soon hehe I haven’t had any issues. I enjoy the area and the staff. Plus it’s animal friendly (:

    Rent was pricey. AC keep breaking down for some reason. The pool has too many chemicals. But it’s alright I guess. It’s a nice apartment. I’d probably renew my lease.
