September 24, 2025It should not take 2 weeks to fix a problem that takes 5 minutes to fix. I had someone look at the water leaking from the ceiling 2 times and then said he would be back to fix it and never showed up. I submitted the request on 9/8 and he didn't even respond until 9/19. When I called the office, I'm told to submit another request. It's obvious that management does not care.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2025Overall, everything is OK! I do however want to point out that several sprinkler heads are broken and squirting water in multiple directions, other than the trees and bushes and wasting lots of precious water every morning (Bldg 11 Area). Management was advised but, the issue is still unresolved. The discarded furniture and mattresses left by the garbage cans for weeks on in is not appealing to new renters. I noticed in the very back of the complex there is an area to discard them properly but no ...one seems to do it. The dog park should be split in half for small dogs and big dogs because every time you go there you have to wait for the big dogs or the little dogs to leave before you can bring yours in safely. All it would take is a fence down the middle. My last concern is the exit gate is always broken and multiple residents and undesirables are entering their daily and unsafely. I don't know what the annual budget is but, the complex should address these issues if possible. Thanks!Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2025The doggy bags aren’t being refilled in a timely manner. The bags were once out for over a month. When I first moved here the guys would walk the grounds in the morning picking up and now the grounds are dirty very often. The noise level is still good.
