December 13, 2025The quality has really gone down hill. Poop bags have not been supplied for I don’t know how long, there is dog poop all over the sidewalks and not cleaned up or taken care of. We have had a hole in our ceiling for months and it’s still not fixed. Also the light outside of our apartment has been out and also all the lights in the covered parking near where we live. Nothing seems to get done. Things have gone down hill since we moved to the community a couple years back. November 26, 2025There were a few hiccups along the way but everyone has been so nice and helpful. The ladies in the office are welcoming and willing to work with me. November 24, 2025It has had its ups and downs. For the most part the complex is quiet. There are quite a bit of homeless people that come through the complex even with the gates. Maintenance for the most part is really good. Since some of the neighbors have rotated we have seen come bugs coming but pest control is greatReview from Apartments.com

November 21, 2025I've been having a great experience with living here. A few hiccups with the leasing office, but that falls on me. The pool wasn't available for about a month or so, but it was after the summer season, so I wasn't planning on using it anyway. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. After living here for about 6 months, I've found it is located in a great part of the city with easy access to the Strip and Downtown, while still being in a quiet neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com

November 19, 2025The office staff is amazing and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help future residents get in quickly. The community is clean and neighbors are kind. Aliyah the leasing agent is fantastic about staying in contact with us about all that was going on and the next steps. Briana the manager was very helpful when we went in with minor concerns about our unit and getting them solved quickly and efficiently. The complex is located in a pristine place. There is a park within walking distance for ...you to take your children. The complex is safe and welcoming. Bus stops are conveniently located for those means of travel and is minutes away from the strip. September 24, 2025It should not take 2 weeks to fix a problem that takes 5 minutes to fix. I had someone look at the water leaking from the ceiling 2 times and then said he would be back to fix it and never showed up. I submitted the request on 9/8 and he didn't even respond until 9/19. When I called the office, I'm told to submit another request. It's obvious that management does not care.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025it’s been wonderful here and there has been no issues we couldn’t solve, great!!!! aaliyah is super nice and we love living here. we don’t experience too much noise and it’s really just so peaceful. no one bothers us! i love the patio we have and there is a lot of storage in the unit!Property Manager Responded
