September 3, 2025Love apartment, location and view. Staff is attentive and quick to address repairs. Nice mix of residents from age, and ethnicity. Parking is efficient and hassle free. Floor plan offers bonus layout for bathroom/powder room combo and larger walk in closet. Only downside I see is hallway common areas on floor lack AC and carries high amount of humidity which in return makes its way into apt. August 21, 2025Meghan, Nour & the maintenance, concierge & valet team have doen an excellent job for the residences. It can be seen in the quality of work & they are more approachable to any issues. However, I would like to comment on the building parking. It bothers me that some of the residents think they are driving on the freeway.... speed bumps or stop signs on all levels would heopefully deter some of the crazy drivers in the building.Property Manager Responded
