Some time back mention of speed bumps were going to be installed. They have not happened as of today. Also e-cams have been installed but only in certain areas of the parking garage. October 19, 2025Changing companies that service the building is deplorable. We finally had a group of good people that have been helpful. When Megan indicated there were problems with certain workers I wonder if she took into consideration that at times these people were doing a job that required an other person .Review from Apartments.com

October 11, 2025We have lived at 2929 for the last 18 months. When it was time to renew our lease we had considered purchasing a condo. September 3, 2025Love apartment, location and view. Staff is attentive and quick to address repairs. Nice mix of residents from age, and ethnicity. Parking is efficient and hassle free. Floor plan offers bonus layout for bathroom/powder room combo and larger walk in closet. Only downside I see is hallway common areas on floor lack AC and carries high amount of humidity which in return makes its way into apt. I have rectified for most part purchasing two humidifiers to draw out excessive moisture. I do understand ...Greystar is working to address this matter….Property Manager Responded
