June 30, 2025I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values their safety or personal privacy. During my time living here, I experienced multiple instances that made me feel deeply unsafe and unappreciated as a resident. The property managers were consistently unprofessional, often dismissive of serious concerns, and lacking in basic communication and respect. What was most alarming, however, was the violation of my privacy—my mail was tampered with or opened without permission on more than ...one occasion. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. Overall, the environment here did not feel secure, and I constantly felt like my well-being as a tenant was not a priority. If you are looking for a place where you can feel safe and respected, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2023I love the property but hate that the elevators don’t always work. It becomes really inconvenient when you live on the higher floors. Gate gets broken occasionally as well. May 15, 2023The staff working at Alta West Gray have been exceptional from the first time I took the tour through to day 10 after moving in. Still they say hi and are welcoming and friendly. The property is beautiful and I love my pool facing apartment. I can open my windows at any point and hear the water fall at the pool or people chatting. I also love my suite. November 15, 2022In my second year of living at Alta West and have never had an issue. The building is very clean and the staff are friendly and responsive. When there are occasional issues with the building (elevator down, parking garage door busted) the staff is very communicative and things are typically fixed in a timely manner. For a complex so close to downtown, it’s pretty quiet, though the pool area can be a bit loud during the summer but the staff is consistent about managing the noise level.
