I did not have a functioning refrigerator for the first three days of my tenancy.
Upon using the dryer for the first time, it emitted flames. Although it was initially addressed, subsequent use caused alarming mechanical issues that took over a week to fully resolve. During this time, I incurred out-of-pocket expenses using a laundromat despite paying for in-unit appliances.

standing water throughout the unit. Attempts to contact maintenance were unsuccessful, as neither the app nor phone lines were responsive. I was without hot water for four days and again incurred additional expenses for basic living needs such as laundry and dishwashing.
My personal property was damaged due to the flooding. Which they told me I needed to file under my insurance if I wanted compensation. I'm not paying a deductible for their negligence. In April, I returned home at 7:15 PM to find a set of maintenance keys left in my door. Upon reviewing my Ring camera footage, I confirmed they had been left there since 2:14 PM. My apartment was left unsecured and vulnerable for approximately five hours, in clear view from the driveway. Additionally, maintenance never used the keys to enter the unit, raising further concerns about procedure and accountability. They never owned up to it or even at the least, apologized for it.
Despite being told I would receive compensation for these repeated issues, I never received any.
We went over 2 months with no manager. Very poorly run property. They do not value their residents safety or health at all. Beware!!!
