    Everyone here is so nice! I do recommend you guys to come here. They love us like if we are family here. If you need anything they will fix it as soon as they can. Very friendly. Also love that is quiet here.

    Staff is very friendly, is always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Apartments are well kept up with. Maintenance is usually pretty fast and clean up afterwards.

    It's a great place to live things are getting better but it does need more attention the laundry room number 2 needs a bit more cleaning the washing machines are so dirty I can't even use them so I have to walk to number 1 it's much cleaner and also the residents that have dogs are letting the dogs poop next to my apt and it's horrible the flies all around it is bad please advise them to take their freaky dogs outside the gates it's really not good otherwise everything else is great the staff and ...

    Parking is out of control, no monitoring of handicap, fire or residential parking. No response from maintenance for over 3 months on 3 requests.

    I have been a loyal resident for 15 years now. I'm on a fixed income since I retired 8 years ago. I've been here long enough to see management change 3 times i think. My rent has gone up every year, I've never been late on paying my monthly rent. But it seems like the quality of management has not been the same for the last 10 years. Which is a shame because I moved in the property because of how well maintained it was. I never seen the trash dumpster's over flowing with trash the way they been ...

    Issues would be the neighbors. The staff is always somewhat helpful, you just need to go up to the front and speak to them. Other than that, the pools are nice and clean. Maintenance does their job
