February 6, 2026The porch lights are out and not just mine it’s several. 2 residents which or women was scared to get out of there car because it was so dark and called me to come out to make sure they got in there apartment safe. I have a space in my door that will allow bugs and tree roaches come into my place that has not been fixed yet. My stove is rocking from side to side which I’m afraid one day while cooking I may accidentally lean and the skillet will pop hot food or grease on me.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2025Experience not great ! Plumbing Experience terrible ,paying out of pocket replacing my bedroom carpet for water damage from the Plumbing situation gettibg worse after the maintenance guy made a visit!! Nothing was resolved or ever is!!! Not all the management cares or is supportive nor is concerned ,makes my living and renting out to be the problem cabinets have been broken for months I go to the office and get brushed off ,ignored and someone didnt wanna hear the truth so they came up with the ...excuse they had a phone call to avoid any conversation,complaints ,and issues wouldnt help resolve the apartment complex issue ,and regarding the sloppy job the maintenance did with the toilet that keeps backing up till this moment he made it worse,this new manger doesn't care about the residents concerns or issues with my apartment!! These apartments have gone down hill ,the old manager Blanca was always helpful and got things done!Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2025It's a great place to live things are getting better but it does need more attention the laundry room number 2 needs a bit more cleaning the washing machines are so dirty I can't even use them so I have to walk to number 1 it's much cleaner and also the residents that have dogs are letting the dogs poop next to my apt and it's horrible the flies all around it is bad please advise them to take their freaky dogs outside the gates it's really not good otherwise everything else is great the staff and ...maintenance are great thank youProperty Manager Responded

August 19, 2025I have been a loyal resident for 15 years now. I'm on a fixed income since I retired 8 years ago. I've been here long enough to see management change 3 times i think. My rent has gone up every year, I've never been late on paying my monthly rent. But it seems like the quality of management has not been the same for the last 10 years. Which is a shame because I moved in the property because of how well maintained it was. I never seen the trash dumpster's over flowing with trash the way they been ...lately.Property Manager Responded
