Everyone who works there is so kind, always smiling and offering help. The amenities are amazing, especially the gym with the amazing view of Boylston and the Charles. Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and effectively, and communal spaces are always clean. The leasing staff is also so sweet and thankful for their residents. The gym is great and the top-floor lounge has an amazing view. Cold brew on tap and concierge 24/7. It is slightly pricey but actually not much more than comparable options in the area. The entire staff and management team were very professional, kind, and responsive to any requests we had regarding maintenance, dog walking, dry cleaning - you name it. The units are well designed with beautiful views as well as great lighting. The building holds some fun resident events from time to to time and works hard to foster a sense of community.
