All the units come with hardwood floor, nice granite countertops & a gas stove (but there isint much kitchen space-at all!) It's a very small apartment especially for the one bedroom. When I first moved in, I had to have my entire stove and heating system replaced due to my stove leaking gas and my heat not working. The bathroom is a decent size and the bedroom is fair, although the closet space is memiscule at best. If you have lots of shoes/clothes, save yourself the headache and buy some plastic totes because you'll need them even with a dresser. The landlord is nice, as well as the supers. He is a procrastinator though, so you may have to bring things to his attention numerous times before he takes care of it. All in all, it's decent for what it is. It isn't a dump but at the same time it isn't somewhere you should want to raise children. It's more of a "starter" apartment, giving you the bare necessities at a cheap price.
