I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company.
July 27, 2025I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. My central AC stopped working on December 2, 2024, and despite my constant follow-ups, it was not addressed for over six months. I was only provided with a temporary window unit in June 2025, which is unacceptable considering Charlotte temperatures have been over 95 degrees this summer. The company has also failed to properly maintain the property overall and stopped responding to my emails and texts after ...July 6, 2025. I have received no updates, no resolution, and no compensation for this prolonged issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management.
