I drove an hour for a scheduled 10:00 a.m. appointment on a Saturday and arrived on time. At exactly 10:00 a.m., I received a text from Gina saying they couldn’t show the apartment because they weren’t sure if the current tenant had moved out yet.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If there was any uncertainty about whether the unit would be available to show, I should have been notified before making a one-hour drive. I even texted at 9:20 a.m., and no one mentioned ...
there was an issue.
Instead, they tried to shift the blame to the tenant rather than take responsibility for scheduling an appointment they couldn’t honor. My time is valuable, and this experience showed a lack of communication, planning, and respect for prospective renters.
Because of how this was handled, I am no longer interested in renting from this property. I would not recommend wasting your time if this is how they treat potential tenants.

My husband and I lived here for two years and welcomed our first son here. The building is well maintained and all of the neighbors are super nice and courteous. We especially love the central location, the building is within walking distance to Aldo and target and a five minute drive from Walmart and Costco. Within 15 mins you can get to all of the major malls in the area including American Dream as well as some great parks like Overpeck. The only drawback is that the building is near the fire ...
station so there are more sirens than normal, but we got used to them. Overall I would recommend this building to any and all of my friends!
