BEWARE
March 15, 2024Absolute worst experience I have ever had as a renter. 3 hazardous sewage floods occurred during a 1 year period. (2022-2023) Managment is incompetent. 0 security. Consistent robberies. Homeless consistently getting access to sleep in common areas. Mailboxes broken into regularly. Drugs and crack pipes left in common areas. (I have photos) Managment is not trustworthy.
