BEWARE
March 15, 2024Absolute worst experience I have ever had as a renter. 3 hazardous sewage floods occurred during a 1 year period. (2022-2023) Managment is incompetent. 0 security. Consistent robberies. Homeless consistently getting access to sleep in common areas. Mailboxes broken into regularly. Drugs and crack pipes left in common areas. (I have photos) Managment is not trustworthy. July 20, 2015We are very pleased with the apartment. It's on the edge of Echo Park, close to lots of trendy restaurants, and has an artsy vibe. The manager of the building is great - she is friendly and responsive to all of our needs!Review from Apartments.com
