Five star hotel
September 15, 2020My husband and I lived at Riverwalk for a year, it was like a 5 star hotel , clean and quiet. All our shipments was delivered to our door . At the entrance flowers were changed twice a week . Beautiful smell . Just a very relaxing place. We missed it.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2019The community is like non-other. Darcie has complete and professional control over the property. The grounds and condition are unlike comparable apartments and well worth the expense. I was proud to show the apartment and was confident management always had the knowledge to keep the property at a very high level of upkeep. A Wonderful Place To Call Home
July 31, 2019Before moving because of a job location change, I lived at 301 Riverwalk Place for four years. I am an attorney with a busy schedule, and I need a well-managed building and fellow residents who share my need for comfortable living spaces and quiet hallways and residences. 301 Riverwalk provided everything I could ask for. Darcie, the property manager, is a consummate professional who truly cares about the residents and their welfare. I can't imagine living in another apartment complex. If I ...were to move back to the area, I'd come back to 301 Riverwalk Place in a heartbeat. I'll miss the friends I made there and will miss especially the well-run building, the privacy and the setting, located next to the forest preserve. 301 Riverwalk Place - Buffalo Grove, IL
December 30, 2018I lived at this property for 7.5 years and only moved due to an increased commute to work. This is the cleanest and best maintained property that I have ever lived at. The staff including the property manager, Darcie, and the maintenance and cleaning crew are immediately responsive and proactive. The building has great construction and I never heard noise from other apartments. The view and easy access to the forest preserve are an awesome perk. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The ...building has nice, well-kept common areas including a gym and community room. In-unit laundry, indoor parking and a storage closet on my balcony made life easy. I Love it!
April 16, 2018You're passing up a jewel if you don't come to live at 301 N. Riverwalk Place. The cleanliness, the neighbors, the forest preserve with access right out of the back are all wonderful but the Management is KEY. Darcie and her staff are at the top of their game. Everything is kept up beautifully. Whenever you have a question, Darcie answers it quickly. She was very patient with me as I tried to sell my house for two years. September 14, 2015If you are looking for easy living, in a high quality building, this is the place for you. The building is extremely secure with indoor parking and secured entrances. The staff are extremely conscientious. They do everything from accepting packages to washing windows. The location is very convenient...close to 94, and right off Lake Cook Road. The actual construction of the apartment is made of concrete instead of the normal wood frame of most apartments, which provides for much better ...sound proofing. You never hear your neighbors, neither above nor next door. Most buildings you hear footsteps above and TV or stereo sounds...not here. The community is very friendly. The building manager arranges periodic events so everyone can meet. She also organizes services such as on-site car detailing, on-site dry-cleaning pick-up, etc. Pets are welcomed, but again, because of the construction of the place, pets are not noisy. If you are a pet owner, you will be glad to hear the building sets right along the Des Plaines bike path, where you can walk for miles without having to drive somewhere. There is a large community deck (with grill) that overlooks the woods and bike path.
