Plenty of parking in the garage, and central to NoDa on the light rail. The staff is also always super friendly and supportive when needed. July 15, 2025I love it here and would renew were I not moving for graduate school. The dog owner community here is wonderful, and the staff are attentive and kind. This location cannot be beat, and I have never had a problem come up. The residence is clean. My only ONLY suggestion would be updated gym equipment, mainly the treadmills because I love running year-round, even in NC heat. The stairmaster was a great addition.Property Manager Responded
