Avoid 3111 Eglinton Ave East – Terrible Management & Living Conditions

I’ve been living at 3111 Eglinton Ave East, and my experience has been extremely frustrating to say the least especially for how much rent I pay. Once you sign the lease, the management becomes rude and uncooperative. They are very friendly before you sign, but after that, they stop responding to concerns. The building has serious issues: Noise Problems: There’s neighbors who constantly make a lot of noise. Even after several complaints, no action has been taken, and the noise continues. Cold ...
Water: The water is regularly only cold, which makes basic things like showering very difficult. Unprofessional Staff: Some of the building staff (especially the superintendents) are extremely rude and unhelpful when approached for assistance. Overall, the management doesn’t seem to care about tenants’ comfort or well-being. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to live, I strongly recommend avoiding this building.
