June 4, 2020It would take weeks or months to get a problem fixed in the apartment, she painted over the mold in our bathroom for years straight, and you're basically getting an apartment with some new appliances, a hardwood floor and that's about it as far as improvements, for 500 more a month. I'd look for a more honest landlord if I were you.Review from Apartments.com
