The good stuff: the people are awesome, the location is great, and the maintenance is fast.
The bad stuff: noise. This company clearly cares more about attracting new residents than maintaining the comfort of the people who already live here. Expect landscaping teams to come buy with lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and other loud equipment three (3!) times a week. sirens, air brakes, and constant engine noise from Route 9 one block away. Expect construction vehicles and the sounds of backhoes, chainsaws, and other heavy equipment from the moment the snows first melt in April through to October, as the property managers chop down beautiful trees, dig up and pour foundations to replace the ads out front, break apart and repour the driveway, break apart and repour the pool area, and otherwise make sure that this building constantly LOOKS nice at the expense of all comfort and habitability.
