Good location at the right price.

I love the front porch! We get the most amazing fire works view and sometimes interesting things happen on the interstate. Great location between Metairie and Downtown. Having a parking spot and being animal friendly was essential. It is in a safe neighborhood. The apartment size is 600 sq ft shotgun in a 4 plex. The kitchen is very spacious and it's nice to have a laundry room but I wish the closet were larger. We've lived here 4 years happily.
