Renters Reviews and Ratings
Good location, bad building.
May 2, 2025Obviously you’re paying for the location. However, the building is infested with a lot mice and occasional roaches. Repairs are handled promptly, but usually are quick fixes that likely will cause more problems down the line. Managing company is arrogant, rude, and controlling of tenants. I’d pass.Review from Apartments.com
Sunny Georgetown Apartment
September 14, 2015This apartment has served me well as a graduate student at Georgetown. If you're working or studying in the neighborhood, the convenience factor is huge. The only drawback is, of course, the Georgetown priced rent. However, the two-bedroom one-bath apartment has plenty of space. The older building means high ceilings and big windows. The best part is a lovely balcony. With trees to the right and an elementary school to the left, it's a very peaceful place to sit.Review from Apartments.com
