Unlivable conditions, terrible management – avoid 324 Broadway.

I rented at 324 Broadway from November 2025 to June 2026, and it was an absolutely awful experience. The management company, Broadway LLC, does not take care of the building or its tenants.
Garbage issues: Trash maintenance is a joke. Garbage piles up constantly, and some tenants leave trash in the basement hallway. Nothing is done about it.
Pest problem: There is no scheduled pest control. Roaches are rampant throughout the building, and management has no solution.
Security concerns: Our ...
mailbox was pried open on multiple occasions. Basic safety and privacy don't seem to matter here.
Noise from upstairs tenant – the final straw: From Monday to Sunday, the tenant above me had a child constantly running, jumping, and bouncing a ball. There was no peace at all – forget about quality living conditions. When I asked for help, Broadway LLC told me to call the police. When I asked to switch apartments because of the daily disturbance, they wanted to charge me a fee. Absolutely unacceptable.
Bottom line: I moved out early largely because of the noise and lack of help. I would not recommend this address, this management company, or this particular area of Paterson to anyone. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
