Surprising find for students!

I stumbled into finding this 3-4 bedroom apartment 2 years ago, and am very happy I did. Location-wise, it couldn't be better for a 20-something student. It's two blocks from the capitol, and a block away from "undergrad-y" housing (quieter!). There's also great bus stops just around the corner that have buses that will take you to and from campus all day and into the night.

room in the front that has been a nice place for gathering. The rooms are also all a good size and about equal in quality (no fighting with roommates). The hot water furnace is amazing and we've never run out of hot water and in the winter this house is well insulated and keeps very warm.
