February 13, 2022The two bedroom condos have a 2 car garage and a gate (unlike the 1 bedroom condos). The LIRR is two blocks away, salons, stores and supermarket are also within walking distance. Trader Joe’s, plenty of malls, and luxury gyms are also within a five minute drive. Convinient location.Review from Apartments.com
quiet, clean, nice place
August 24, 2020Love this place. All medical professionals live her. Few amazing restaurants are around the corner. Also short distant to main shopping strip and huge park. I feel that we have a great quality of life here. LIRR is only a short walk and we don't hear the train AT ALL.Review from Apartments.com

May 9, 2017Do not do it! I lived here with my fiance for almost 2 years. You are distracted by 3 floors and a parking garage. Sounds great in theory, however this place is terrible. The neighborhood is disgusting. I could not even walk down the block without stepping on chicken bones on the ground. The apartment- Unit 21. air conditioning broke every year and then took at least 3 weeks to fix. The roof was another story- it snowed in our apartment once, they patched together some quick job. The icing on the ...cake was when the air conditioner broke, and since the utilities are on the top floor, flooded our closet in the bedroom. Mold started to grow and we were ignored for over a month before the awful property manager even called us back. They had someone take a look and yet ignored our calls again for weeks. The property manager laughed in our faces, and had no respect. I don't think having asthma attacks from apartment mold is funny. Finally we moved out and the property owner still owes us money. We sent them our records from the bank, from when they overcharged us. It has been 6 months again of ignoring phone calls and emails. The owner is rude and obnoxious, the property manager is the worst business woman we've ever dealt with. Laughing in our faces, hanging up on us, and telling us it's not her job to deal with our apartment , is just where it begins. Shame on the owner to even hire her, he watched her in person act like that with no regard. They also charge you for anything that happens like when their crappy utilities ex. refrigerator stops working. Live in any other "luxury" apartment and they fix everything for you.
