Awesome landlord
July 8, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMy landlord is the best! Any issues I had were addressed fairly quickly. Keep in mind these are student apartments, not high end, and so it is priced accordingly as you won't find anything cheaper in the area. Overall, I love my apartment!

March 30, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comNot updated. Everything is in need of repair. Spent & $1100 to paint myself, $300 to clean as previous tenant left it FILTHY! Air filter had not been changed in years, and black soot comes in through the vents which are located in the ceiling so vents likely have not ever been cleaned. I use a hammer, hatchet to open and close the bolt on the commercial back door...just recently the landlord installed a peephole. Outlets run hot and some do not work. The heat loss during the winter required ...almost non stop running of the heat resulting in $250 heating bills for 4 room apartment and could only use two rooms! I put plastic over all windows and the plastic billows in and out. Needs a lot of work to be safe. You won't k now all of the pitfalls until you move in.Read More
