This beautifully designed mansion offers an abundance of space with six spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Some rooms come with private balconies and serene forest views. The bright and inviting living room features a cozy fireplace, plush seating, and large windows overlooking the lush gardens. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances is perfect for cooking gourmet meals. Expansive balconies and patios offer views of the surrounding trees, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The mansion includes a well-appointed office space with classic wooden furniture, perfect for remote work or quiet reading. A dedicated entertainment room with a large projector screen and oversized seating is available for movie nights. The hot tub is not available. There's currently no access to the garage or pool as these have been marked as out of service. CCTV is used inside these areas. Several grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Safeway, are within a 10-15 minute drive for your convenience. Sonos is not allowed due to noise restrictions. The fireplace is not available. Please respect the neighborhood’s tranquil atmosphere by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 7 AM. Being surrounded by nature means occasional wildlife sightings. Do not leave food outside to avoid attracting animals. Maximum occupancy is 13 guests only. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Includes classic wooden furniture. A laptop computer is not included.
