Actually good landlords in LA!!

Everytime I look for an apartment I notice the endless amounts of bad reviews and think to myself that no one ever takes the time to right a good review for an apartment. Loving at 3321 mentone was the first time I ever felt truly inspired. The standout part of this property is the management. The brothers take such good care of the residents and you almost never see people moving in and out (such a good sign). Maintenance requests were almost always taken care of the next day and communication ...

was fantastic. Also these units are the most soundproofed units I’ve ever lived in. Neighbors could be listening to the loudest action movie or having a large get together, but the moment you entered your unit it was silent. The units themselves have everything you need and the neighborhood is a quiet oasis amongst the loudness of LA. Only reason why no longer live here is because I needed to move in with my mom for her retirement help otherwise I would still be here enjoying the best apartments in LA!
