First floor, Corner Unit 1000 square feet of living area Freshly painted interior Community pool Pay laundry on-site Water/sewer/trash - $125 fixed rate One adult dog under 50 lbs (no aggressive breeds) or cat with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $30/mo per dog and $20/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $50 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check. $100 administrative fee (credited to first month's rent) will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management.
