I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have never had any issues! Units are beautiful, property and neighborhood are well maintained, there’s ample secured parking, great amenities, maintenance requests are resolved quickly, and leasing staff are so friendly and helpful. Didn’t even have to think twice about renewing for another year !

One upgrade would be have a screen door or something to keep bugs out. Also, more non reserve parking spaces would be good or making reserved spaces more affordable than $145 per month.
