A Fantastic Place to Live!

terrible place to call "home"

Excellent Service
April 5, 2021We recently leased an apartment at 3343 Memorial with Kevin. He was great to deal with and went out of his way to help us find the right apartment. Other apartment complexes that we looked at made it seem like they were doing you a favor. Not worth the money or the trouble
March 3, 2021They will tell you you are paying for a luxury apartment with countless amenities, but being able to hear every single thing your neighbors do is not luxury. They will tell you it is simply day-to-day noise, but countless nights without sleep from noisy neighbors is indicative of the opposite. A courtesy officer that doesn't answer your calls or concerns is NOT luxury. The list is endless. The office staff changed several times during the 3 years I lived there, each more lazy than the last. The ...current office staff was informed of all of the pet waste on the property. Pet owners pay for the doggy DNA service where they can determine whose pet it belongs to and be fined appropriately. The complex refused to have the pet waste tested because "it costs $70 per sample." Keep in mind, this is a SERVICE THAT EACH PET-OWNING TENANT PAYS FOR, BUT IS NOT UTILIZED. Detailed Review of Living at 3343 Memorial Apartments
May 14, 2020To begin, one things needs to be said - The maintenance / grounds staff are hands down the hardest working people at this apartment complex...maybe the only ones who work, to be honest. I lived here for approximately two years & moved out earlier this year. The appeal prior to moving in was the clean & modern appearance of the complex, manicured grounds, quiet/safe neighborhood, clean amenities, no smoking & minimal college crowds. However, shortly after moving in, rules on smoking were ...completely lifted, anyone who had a heartbeat was allowed to move in, boisterous bass-bumping car stereos became the norm at all hours of the night, the stench of marijuana filled the hallways, dog waste could be found everywhere and the experience of having a "home" quickly disappeared. Additionally, whomever designed these apartments had to have used the cheapest materials on the market. Unless you are blessed to be placed on the fourth floor, fully expect to listen to consistent stomping, jumping, screaming, intimate sessions, cabinets slamming, creaky floors (very, very creaky floors), window problems, and shaking walls due to the fact that no one in this complex knows how to shut a front door without slamming it with the force equivalent to a hurricane. Go ahead, contact management &/or courtesy officers....you may get a reply, but you may not; I think if you stand on one foot, they answer faster. Regardless, everything goes back to being loud 30 minutes later & the process repeats. Many nights were spent sleeping with headphones &/or ear plugs in to drown the sound of loud neighbors out. Last, but not least, the area surrounding this complex has gained (re)development interest for the City of Murfreesboro. I don't blame this complex for the sounds so this is sort of just a footnote in an otherwise honest review. Regardless, expect loud machinery, drilling, concrete pours, difficult traffic patterns, etc. in the immediate future surrounding this complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
High End Finishes
April 10, 2020I selected a one bedroom apartment sight unseen while still living on the West Coast. Move in 5 mos. ago. Close to everything. The apartment is beautiful, great layout with high end finishes that you wouldn't expect in an apartment. Walls are well insulated--no sound issues from neighbors. Great Place To Live
October 10, 2019I have lived here for 18 months. My apartment is lovely, quiet and spacious. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool, gym and community room. Management arranges events for families, such as Christmas parties and Halloween costume parties. All of the staff is courteous and helpful. Save your money
February 19, 2019This apartment complex is well kept and has amazing amenities, but the sound and noise of neighbors is unlike any apartment I have lived in. The walls are so thin, you hear everything. Dogs barking, people talking, TVs, people slamming cabinets....The floors creak and every time someone slams their front door the walls shake. there’s constant traffic/dump trucks/leaf blowers, right next to a lot of restaurants and school traffic in the mornings...it’s 24/7 noise. The staff is helpful and ...maintenance is great, but for the cost, you’re better off getting a house somewhere.Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2019My husband and I have lived here for 6 months! And we LOVE it! The office staff is so kind and helpful. The amenities are great and the complex is always so well kept! LOVE living here!
February 14, 2019I've lived here for a year and a half and have loved every minute. The granite countertops, subway tile, and lighting are all so beautiful! Looking out at the pool from my balcony makes me feel like I'm living in a Florida resort! The community feels so safe as well and is very quiet. I did have one maintance issue once really late at night, and Chris came out immediatly to fix it! Their whole staff is great and always so nice. I love how pet friendly they are and how they're always so sweet to ...my pup, Rosie! I have loved living here and don't plan on leaving any time soon.Property Manager Responded
